The Classics
Some costumes are classic. They are the costumes that come to mind when you think of Halloween when you were a kid. They are the ones that your mother has pictures of you wearing. The scarecrow. Tufts of hay sticking out of your sleeves. And one epic photo of you as Gene Simmons from Kiss.
But the most iconic costume is the witch. You remember your mother painting your face a witchy green. If you look at any photo of Halloween from any point in the 1900s (including the one in the photo album at your mom's house) you will find a little girl dressed as a witch. All wearing tall pointy hats. Holding broom sticks. And frilly dresses.
And now this year your little girl can have her Halloween right of passage. Dress her up in this Storybook Witch Child Costume, and add her witchy photo to your photo album. Size Medium (7-10)I ordered this for our 4 yr. old granddaughter. I ordered a size medium. (7-10) . This fit across the shoulders fine and was loose on her but was about 4 inches too long. She is tall and we normally buy 7-8 in her clothes. The costume is made well and she loved it. Size Small (4-6)Fit true to size. Daughter is 6 yrs old and more on the petite side. Perfect length. Comes with cute hat, bought the broom separate. The only thing I would note is the collar does not stay up like in the picture so do not expect it to have a high collar. this was a great costume. The size large was an exact fit for my daughter who is almost always in a size 10.
