Height 5'9 | Weight 340 | Size 5XI bought this costume for our trip to Las Vegas for our wedding weekend. We did a club bus crawl on Halloween weekend. The costume fit great and I got a lot of compliments and posed for a few pics. Granted I sweated the entire time we were out, but I looked good doing it lol. Height 5'6 | Weight 240 | Size 4XThe costume is very well made, Due to weight fluctuations. I'm at 240 when I ordered it, I was at about 270. I ordered a 4x. It was a bit large. I could have went down to a 3x and been comfortable. I suggest doing a lint roller on the white furry parts. I forgot to do this and I was shedding floof all evening. I also wore tight shorts underneath because I found it a bit short to chase my 19 month old around in. I really enjoyed being Rainbow Brite for my 38th Halloween. Facebook ads must really know me! After reading every review, I ordered the 1X. I'm usually XL - 1X and the 1X fit well, accommodating my belly and 52 inch hips. Bust is 43 and was a little roomy, but that's pretty usual.
It was a little short but only on the sides, there is plenty of front and back coverage. You can wear tights or leggings if you need to.
Other reviews said the leg warmers didn't stay up. They stayed up fine for me when I tried it on a took a bunch of photos and videos.
The skirt part is made of foam with fabric on top. I've already ripped it in one place, so just be careful.
The belt does not come off completely. It is attached to the blue shoulder things that stick up and they are only attached to the dress at the top of the shoulder. It does velcro in the back and the dress has a long zipper.
Does not come with shoes/shoe covers, but you can also just buy white shoes.
I would have liked for the elastic on the arm covers to be sewn on in more comfortable way. This is a bit nit-picky, but it is currently sewn on so that you have to turn it to put it on your finger.
Be prepared to do a little ironing/steaming but be careful with the heat.

I had the costume body brought in with alterations because I had about 5 inches of extra fabric. but other than that, it was great. wasn't too tight around the breast area (i am larger chested and this is always an area of concern). no pulling of fabric, seamless zipper. I tried this on as soon as I received it. It fits alright though a little awkward in a few places. It is very stiff, so I suggest letting it hang on a hanger for a bit before you plan to wear it.Was this review helpful to you?

This costume fits like a glove. The only thing that was a little to small was the choker, I expected that because I do have a big neck. Other than that it’s a great fit. If you are concerned about the length, I am 5’5 and I do think it’s on the short side, but I can always wear legging with it if need be.Was this review helpful to you?

Height 5'7 | Weight 301 | Size 5XI always wanted to be Rainbow Brite or Sailor moon. So glad I you guys had this Rainbow brite in a comfortable size!!! I'm usually a 3x but got the 5x because it was le$$... The only thing that was big was the belt but it still worked perfect!!! I can alter it a bit. I made an orange wig from yarn and brought star confetti from Michael's and it was a lot of fun to be this character!!! I also had an issue that I had to email custome service to fix... They were fast and on top of my complication. So impressed with this company and their customer support!!! Thank you!!! Order things able 2 weeks to a week before Halloween everything came on time. This costume was awesome. I got so many compliments and even won a costume contest. You will need to wear leggings because it is so short it’s indecent. I’d recommend ordering a size up. I usually wear a 2x, but the 3x fit me perfectly.Was this review helpful to you?
